We currently ship to any address in the UK, including Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands & Islands, the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man for a flat fee of £2.99.
We will send you an email after we have received your order. We try to dispatch all orders on the same day, as long as they are received before 15:00 (UK time). Please note that occasionally there may be delays in the payment processing system, and we will not receive your order in time to ship it that day. To avoid this problem arising, you are advised to place your order as early as possible.

We are happy to ship to any European country. The usual delivery time for shipments from the UK is 3-5 days, although heavy packages might take longer if they have to be sent via surface mail. The shipping costs below are quoted in British Pounds (GBP) and will be converted at the applicable exchange rate if you choose to view your bill in Euros or US Dollars (simply change the currency at the top of the page). Please note that UK VAT, currently 17.5%, will be added to all orders shipped within the EU, but is not charged on orders shipped to non-EU countries.
The shipping charges to European countries other than the UK are as follows:

If you notice that you are being charged VAT when you should not be (for example, if you live in a VAT-exempt zone within the European Union), please contact us without confirming your order, so that we can make the necessary adjustments. If you log out, the contents of your shopping cart will be remembered the next time you log in.

We use third party carriers to deliver your products. After dispatching your order, we will send you an email to confirm that your goods have been shipped. Depending on our choice of carrier and delivery service, the email may also include a unique tracking number and a link to the order tracking section of the carrier website. Simply copy the tracking number, follow the link and then paste the number into the appropriate box to obtain an update on the delivery status of your order.
The carrier will usually deliver your order during normal working hours and may require a signature before leaving the package. If you are not at home when the carrier calls, a calling card will be left giving you information on how to contact the local distribution centre and reschedule the delivery. The carrier may also give you the option of having your package left with a neighbour or placed in a porch or outbuilding.
If you should encounter any problems with the delivery of your order, please contact our orders team as soon as possible.
If it appears that your order was damaged in transit, you have the right to refuse the delivery. If however, you decide to accept the delivery, it is advisable to write a remark regarding the damage on the delivery note. Please contact us as soon as possible, and no later than seven days after receiving the delivery, so that we can advise you on how to proceed.
Please open all packages carefully to ensure that you do not damage the products or the packaging.
Returns
We inspect all goods prior to packing to ensure that our products arrive in good condition. In the unlikely event that you receive damaged or defective goods, please contact our orders team as soon as possible, and not later than 7 days after receipt, quoting your order number and giving a full description of the problem.
We guarantee our products for one year from the date of purchase, provided that they have been used for the purpose for which they were designed, and in accordance with any instructions that were included in the original packaging. Please note that this does not cover any defects in the goods arising from fair wear and tear, wilful damage, accident, negligence by you or any third party, or any alteration or repair carried out without our prior written approval. If your product develops a fault within this warranty period, please contact us immediately. We will gladly replace any defective item free of charge.
It is important that you contact us before returning any items, because we need to assess the problem and advise you on how to proceed. We also need to inform you of the return address, as all goods must be sent back to the warehouse from which they were dispatched.
If we advise you to return any items, please return them in their original packaging with all accessories and documents, quoting your order number. It is best to use a trackable delivery service such as Royal Mail Recorded Delivery, or one of the equivalent services offered by independent carriers.
We will inspect all items that have been returned to us. Upon inspection, if we agree that the goods are damaged or defective, we will send out replacement items immediately, or arrange a refund via the payment method you used to purchase the goods. We will also reimburse you for your reasonable return shipping cost.
If however, the items are found not to be damaged or defective, or if the damage was caused by misuse, we will return the goods to you. In these circumstances, we regret that you will be liable for the return shipping costs. To avoid this happening, it is vital that you contact us before returning any items that you have purchased.
In line with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 and subsequent amendments to these, you have the right to cancel your order if you change your mind. To do this, you must notify us in writing (via email to orders@actionleisuregear.co.uk, via the online contact form on the Contact Us page, or via a letter to our business address) within 7 days of receiving the goods. You then have 28 days from the date you sent us your cancellation notice to return the goods to us at your expense. Please return the products in good condition and with their original packaging and all accessories and documentation. We will arrange a full refund of the purchase price and original shipping cost via the payment method you used to purchase the goods.
