A Trade Account is designed for businesses that intend to resell our products. By opening a Trade Account with us, you are able to shop online, or you can order via email, fax or phone. We will apply trade prices to your order and email you an order confirmation message, and then we will await a final confirmation message from you before the order is processed and dispatched.

In fact, there are many advantages to opening a Trade Account with us, including:

How To Open A Trade Account

To open a Trade Account, simply create an account, making sure you enter your business name in the "Company Name" field on the online form. You can do this in any of the following ways:

(2) By clicking on "Create an Account" on the top menu bar from any page.

Once you have created a new account for your business, please contact us before you place an order and ask for your account be converted to a Trade Account. We will send you a Retailer Price List that you can use for reference when compiling your orders.

(3) Alternatively, you can fill your shopping cart, sign in as a New Customer and then select "Trade Account" as the payment option.

If you choose method (3) above, we will contact you to discuss your business, confirm that your Trade Account is open and send you a Retailer Price List for future reference. We will adjust the prices on your current order and send you an order confirmation message via email, and then await your final confirmation message before processing the order.

How To Order On Your Trade Account

The prices displayed on the website are the end-user prices in our Online Shop. After you have opened a Trade Account with us, we will send you a Retailer Price List that you can use for reference when compiling your orders.

Simply select the "Trade Account" payment option during the online order process. Do not be put off by the prices displayed on your order. We will adjust the prices and send you an order confirmation message via email. At this point, your order status will be set at "Pending."

Please note that businesses are expected to maintain a reasonable level of activity in order to qualify for trade prices. Fixed batch quantities may apply to some products when placing an order, as set out in your Retailer Price List .

To continue with your order, you will need to send us a message to confirm that you wish to proceed with the order. We will then send you an order acceptance message, change your order status to "Processing," and we will prepare the order.

For legal purposes, your order confirmation message, not the original online order, will be regarded as an offer to purchase the goods, and our order acceptance message (order status: "Processing") should be considered as acceptance of your offer. A legal contract will only exist between the buyer and seller when you have received our acceptance of your offer.
